Cheney - why won't he go away? From February 2004- The soldiers all said "if you need it in Iraq,you get it. If you need it in Afghanistan, do without." Cheney again eludes blame for his failure. AND they give Scooter the traitor (who exposed and active agent and and got CIA agents in the field killed) an award.
